Allianz and FC Bayern have kicked off the ninth Allianz Junior Football Camp this week, offering children from 25 nations the chance to learn and play with the best of the best. FC Bayern will again host the camp on its famous training grounds, this year taking place from August 17 to 22. A total of 54 girls and boys will benefit from exposure to top football trainers and players. For the first time, Allianz and the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation have partnered to enable a 17-year-old boy from Afghanistan take part in the Camp. The Camp began with a lecture on Sports Psychology at the Hotel Limmerhoff in Taufkirchen, Munich, Germany. “This year´s camp takes the project one important step further, offering coaching for both physical and mental health and going further to encourage intercultural exchange.
